- The aim of first aid
- Psychological/well being of patient and First aider
- Primary Assessment of situation, environment and casualty
- DRSABCD (Dangers, Response, Send for help, Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Defibrillator)
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Hands on training
